The Lapu-Lapu City TCHA Commission is the implementing arm of the Lapu Lapu City government’s policies and programs on the development of tourism, arts, culture and history as a strategy for economic development.

With the economy as one, if not the hardest hit in this pandemic, we are one with the Philippine government in finding ways to recover and develop programs that will enable the tourism and hospitality industries’ workforce earn their living to feed their families and for the business owners to stay afloat and ride this economic crisis.

As we are now on General Community Quarantine and businesses are opening up, we shall continue to promote products that are proudly made in Lapu-Lapu City…..export quality furniture, lighting and fixtures, even those made by our BJMP inmates, clothing and other products made in the export processing zone.

We shall continue with the rehabilitation of the Rizal Park, the making of the Lapu-Lapu Museum and Shrine, a public library and other beautification projects.

Let’s all welcome our newest TCHAC Commissioner, Ms Sunshine Lim, who will be an invaluable contributor in realizing our vision and projects. TCHAC Chairman Cindi Chan said.
