Duros Land Properties is marking its 10th anniversary this month by introducing new projects and providing updates to existing ones. The company also introduced a new outlook of “Shaping vibrant cities of the future.”

Infrastructure
From the North Road entrance in Barangay Yati all the way to Barangay San Roque, the road has been fully developed and concreted into a provincial standard road, including drainage work and widening.
An electric shuttle service will soon ply the route from a terminal hub in Barangay Yati all the way to Barangay San Roque, passing through Barangays San Vicente, Sta. Cruz, and Lataban. This will serve residents of the subdivision projects of Duros Land.

Liloan Golf and Leisure Estate
Liloan Golf and Leisure Estate is an 18-hole Par 72 international golf course located in Barangay San Roque. Aside from golf, the facility also features a clubhouse with jacuzzi, sauna, spa, and a swimming pool.
A Bikers Haven and Playground can also be found within the development. There is also a place where kids can interact with farm animals like horses, carabaos, cows, rabbits, and peacocks.
Divine Life Institute of Cebu
The private secondary school offers classes from Preschool to Senior High School. It also has Technical and Vocational courses. The school is located along the North Road in Barangay Yati.
One Tectona Hotel
The hotel is also located in Barangay Yati. It is now the tallest building in northern Metro Cebu. The 100-room, four-star hotel is set to open in mid-2022. It will feature an international restaurant, coffee shop, swimming pool, game room, meditation garden, and sports bar, among many other amenities.
Woodlands Golf Academy
This is the first golf school in Cebu to offer different lessons for newbies as well as those upgrading their skills in the sport. It is envisioned to be the training ground of future golf champions.
St Raphael Healthcare and Wellness Center
The upcoming health facility will provide medical consultation, advanced laboratory tests, x-ray, dialysis center, and other medical imaging and services. It will be a wellness hub.
