Seda Ayala Center Cebu invited local media, bloggers, and influencers to A Night in Napoli, held last July 29, 2022. It was held in the Al Fresco area of the hotel, right next to the poolside. The event was a way for the hotel to reconnect with these personalities over freshly-baked, handmade Neapolitan pizzas and cocktails.

The Neapolitan pizzas were made by Chef Nico Rivera of Pizza Therapy, a Cebuano pizzeria that started in 2019. Nico works closely with the hotel team to provide training on how to create these delicious treats, aside from having his Pizza Corner every Sunday during the hotel’s Foodie Fiesta Lunch Buffet.

After two years of not being able to see each other face to face, the hotel hosted its largest gathering of media to date. Seda Ayala Center Cebu also formally introduced its new Assistant Director of Sales, James McJel Lota to the media, as well as its Sales and Marketing Team full of bright-eyed and fresh faces.

“We would like to thank all our media and blogger friends for the continuous support over the years,” James said to the crowd.

The event’s cocktail spread featured creations made with Pili and Pino, a local brand that the hotel has collaborated with earlier this year. It started off with having Pili and Pino’s granola as well as pancake and bibingka mixes in the hotel’s daily breakfast buffet. Now, Seda Ayala Center Cebu is moving onto bigger things and more collaborations to further provide support for local communities, working towards the goal of sustainability.
