With its continued commitment to environmental sustainability and community engagement, the Cebu Cordova Link Expressway Corporation (CCLEC) organized a tree planting activity in the upland area of Barangay Kalunasan, Cebu City.
On August 18, 2023, 52 officers and employees of CCLEC planted a total of 750 Guyabano seedlings in an area identified by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR)-Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) Cebu.
The activity, which is part of CCLEC’s ongoing corporate social responsibility, aligns with DENR’s program to rehabilitate areas with low survival rates of plants.
