The 2025 Batang Pinoy Games has witnessed an outstanding performance from Cebu City’s young athletes, with Sarah Lee TIO claiming the two gold medals in the -63kg Teen Girls (14-15) category in both Gi and No Gi Jiujitsu categories. Sarah demonstrated exceptional skill and determination, outmaneuvering her opponents to take home the top prizes.
“This achievement is a reflection of our children’s commitment to their craft and the support of their coaches and community,” said Hannah Lee TIO, Sarah’s parent. “We look forward to seeing their future endeavors and the impact they will make in the world of sports.”
Sarah trains and competes alongside her brother – Stan Lee TIO and the team Cebu City Jiu Jitsu athletes, showcasing the city’s growing sports development programs and talented young athletes.
