Cebu City, Philippines— In a significant step toward supporting the health and well-being of Cebu’s clergy, LH Foundation, Inc., the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Cebu, and Clinica Prime Cebu, Inc. have signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to priests through the Lim Liu Medical Charity Program.

During the ceremony, LH Foundation emphasized the importance of primary care as the foundation of effective healthcare. The discussion highlighted preventive care, early detection, and regular health monitoring as essential strategies for reducing long-term health risks and promoting overall wellness. These principles reflect the Foundation’s commitment to responsible stewardship, valuing the care of human life and health—particularly for those dedicated to serving others.

As part of the Lim Liu Medical Charity Program, LH Foundation will sponsor a PrimePlus Silver Package at Clinica Prime Cebu for every priest of the Archdiocese of Cebu annually, every year for the next ten years. Additionally, LH Foundation and Clinica Prime Cebu will assist participating priests in accessing PhilHealth’s Yakap/Gamot Program, which provides supplemental primary care services and essential medications.
