Sales are ongoing for Hardin Bethlehem, the third garden, which continues to attract buyers seeking memorial spaces within the city.
In addition, Hardin Kana—Cebu’s first dedicated pet columbary—is also experiencing brisk sales, reflecting the growing demand for dignified memorial options for pets.
According to Allan Ballesteros, Business Development Director of True Vine Garden Columbary, the project addresses the evolving needs of highly urbanized areas.
“Available land for traditional burials in Cebu City is becoming increasingly limited, while cremation rates continue to rise,” Ballesteros said. “True Vine Garden Columbary offers a peaceful, accessible alternative that allows families to continue honoring their loved ones in a meaningful way.”
The development has also drawn interest from overseas buyers and wholesale investors who recognize both the emotional value and long-term investment potential of memorial properties in prime urban locations.

In a significant industry development, True Vine Garden Columbary has entered into a strategic partnership with St. Peter Life Plan, Inc., the country’s leading death care provider.
The collaboration introduces C2C (Cremation-to-Columbary), an end-to-end service designed to simplify the memorial process for families.
The C2C package includes:
Preparation and handling of remains
Wake services
Use of a wake chapel for up to three days
The program ensures a seamless transition from cremation to inurnment, reducing the need for families to coordinate multiple services during emotionally difficult times.
“This partnership sets a new standard in memorial care,” Ballesteros said. “Through C2C, we are offering families not just a space, but a complete and compassionate solution.”
The partnership will be implemented through the Mandaue office of St. Peter Life Plan, Inc., working closely with True Vine Garden Columbary. The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is expected to be formally signed in the coming days.
