Tbelle, a Cebu-based company, celebrates their 8 years in the outsourcing industry and continues its mission of providing world-class outsourcing solutions for Australian Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

With its theme Connect More, Tbelle sees an opportunity to immerse with the community and a chance to serve different foundations here in Cebu. The company believes that having a better understanding of the world will shape the employees into becoming better leaders and compassionate individuals.

Tbelle visited Rise Above Foundation, Mayari Animal Rescue Organization, House of Hope, Rancho ni Cristo, Blessed Mother Josephine Vannini Home for the Aged, Gasa sa Gugma, Justice Peace, and Integrity of Creation, and Missionaries of the Poor.

These charities inspired the employees to continue to live with the company values and principles that are deeply rooted in their lives.

Alongside the community immersion, Belle Wiffen, founder and Chief Executive Officer, and Angel Lou Pates – Resurreccion, Chief Operating Officer recognize the importance of connecting more with the employees and acknowledging their genuine work ethics.

“Everything wouldn’t be possible without the dedication, passion, and hard work of the employees that have been there for the company ever since it started. And moving forward, we hope to give more jobs to Filipinos as we continue to grow,” Wiffen said.

“The theme Connect More means all about slowing down and taking in the beautiful things that surround us. We may define the meaning of work and life differently, but it’s the connection that holds everything together.” Resurreccion added.

Tbelle has been known for its brand and company culture, continuing its mission of providing optimal results because they simply care.
