Huuuuuy! It’s that time of the year again — BaiCon season is finally here! And this 2025, it’s going to be bigger, better, and most exciting of all… absolutely FREE! That’s right — BAICON FESTIVAL 2025 is officially happening on July 18–19, 2025, at Plaza Independencia, Cebu, and for the first time ever, it’s open to the public! Whether you’re a certified content fan or just curious to see what the hype is all about, everyone is welcome — bring your mama, papa, lola, barkada, and even your crush!
This year’s festival is packed with exciting highlights: from meet-and-greets with your favorite creators from all over Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, to non-stop festival vibes inspired by our theme “FIESTA”, celebrating our shared love for culture, fun, and creativity.
Expect mouthwatering food stalls, brand booths, and a whole lot of freebies — yes, bags and bags of giveaways await! There will also be a Community Showcase, where you can engage with rising creators, explore niche communities, and take part in interactive activities across two full days of celebration.
This year is a milestone for BaiCon as we make the entire festival accessible to everyone for free, thanks to our partnership with the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Cebu City Government. This bold move is a testament to BaiCon’s mission to grow and uplift the content creation industry not only in Cebu, but across Visayas and Mindanao — making space for aspiring creators, passionate communities, and everyday fans.
Launched in 2019 by the Republiq Group of Companies (RGC), BaiCon has grown into the largest creator festival in the Philippines. Its 2022 edition at the IEC Convention Center welcomed thousands of fans and creators and cemented its place as a leading platform where brands and aspiring influencers connect. Over the years, BaiCon has been proudly supported by industry-leading agencies, sponsors, and organizations that share our vision of a thriving creative digital community.
