Precious Brew Café offers two types of bilaos, each designed for different group sizes: Barkada Bilao (good for 6–8 pax) – ₱2,000, and Pamilya Bilao (good for 10–12 pax) – ₱2,600. Each bilao is thoughtfully curated with Filipino party staples and crowd-pleasers.
Barkada Bilao Set A includes Lechon Belly (2 kilos), Sotanghon, Salted Egg Chicken Wings, Sweet & Sour Pork, and Fresh Lumpia. Meanwhile, Barkada Bilao Set B has Lechon Belly (2 kilos), Bam-I, Cordon Bleu, Sweet & Sour Fish Fillet, and Lumpiang Shanghai.
Pamilya Bilao Set A expands the feast with Filipino Beef Steak, Shrimp Tempura, and Leche Flan. Pamilya Bilao Set B offers a different indulgence with Bam-I, Cordon Bleu, Sweet & Sour Fish Fillet, Lumpiang Shanghai, Butter Garlic Shrimp, Baked Mussels, and Leche Flan.
While sets cannot be customized to maintain consistency and quality, all featured dishes are available individually in food trays or bilaos.
To guarantee quality and freshness, all bilao sets are pre-order only and not available via GrabFood or Foodpanda. Customers are encouraged to place orders at least two days in advance to ensure each dish is prepared with care and delivered at its best. Orders are available for both delivery and pick-up, depending on customer preference.
