Contempo Property Holdings, Inc. and Sunberry Homes, Inc. recognized the outstanding achievements of their brokers, agents, and sellers during the 2025 Sales Performance Awarding Ceremony held at the Sinulog Grand Ballroom, City Sports Club Cebu.
The event, themed “Rising Higher: Together We Reach New Heights,” highlighted the collective efforts that have driven the companies’ sustained growth amid industry challenges.
“Our growth has never been the work of one person or one moment,” said Contempo CEO Beverly Dayanan. “It has been built through shared effort, resilience, and faith in what we are building together.”
Dayanan said the theme reflected the company’s journey—one marked by discipline, perseverance, and trust in its people, drawing parallels to the spirit of Sinulog.
“There were seasons of testing and moments of uncertainty,” she said. “Yet our people remained committed. Today, we celebrate not just sales performance, but the character and courage that continue to move Contempo and Sunberry forward. When we have faith in people, we rise higher together.”
The ceremony recognized top-performing sellers, agents, and brokers whose dedication exemplified the companies’ mission of building communities and strengthening partnerships. Despite recent disasters that affected Cebu, the sales force maintained strong performance and operational momentum.
Company leaders also shared strategic updates during the program. Operations Senior Manager for Support Services Jojie B. Tajanlangit underscored the companies’ focus on operational excellence and partner support, while Marketing Manager Rochie D. Lumain presented current project developments and sales promotions designed to help brokers and agents achieve stronger results.
