Award-winning educational radio program “Pulido: Arkitekto, Tambagi Ko!” is returning for its fourth season on dyLA, continuing its advocacy of making practical and reliable homebuilding knowledge accessible to lower-income Filipino households.
Beginning May 16, 2026, the weekly radio program will air every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., featuring discussions focused on affordable housing, structural safety, home repairs, and construction best practices aimed at helping communities make informed decisions about their homes.

Produced and hosted by architects Robert Malayao and Nheil Crisostomo of Bottega 8290, Ar. Ana Karmela Po of Po & Partners, and Ar. Edmund Samson of EDSAArchitects, the program continues to bridge technical expertise and everyday concerns faced by Filipino families planning to build, repair, or improve their homes.
Now on its fourth season, “Pulido: Arkitekto, Tambagi Ko!” has steadily built a strong following among listeners in Cebu and neighboring regions by simplifying technical construction concepts into practical advice understandable to ordinary households.
The program previously earned recognition as the “Best Educational Radio Program” during the 20th Cebu Archdiocese Mass Media Awards, affirming its contribution to community education through radio and social media platforms.
The program has reached an estimated 1.4 million listeners through radio broadcasts, while its Facebook livestreams have drawn more than 30,000 viewers. Its audience extends beyond Cebu to listeners across the Visayas and Mindanao, including overseas Filipinos in countries such as Canada, New Zealand, Austria, and Australia.

This season is supported exclusively by Pioneer Adhesives, Inc., a Filipino manufacturing and distribution company specializing in adhesives, sealants, waterproofing products, specialty coatings, and insulation systems.
Ar. Edmund Samson, vice president of the program, said the new season aims to continue empowering communities through accessible information.
“Season 4 is about continuing the conversation with the communities we serve. We want technical knowledge to feel less intimidating and more useful for everyday decisions,” Samson said.
The upcoming season will tackle topics relevant to homeowners and aspiring homebuilders, including construction costs, land ownership concerns, flood risks, building permits, structural safety, roofing systems, plumbing, electrical safety, and termite protection.
Episodes will be organized under three major themes: “Budget-Friendly Dream Home,” “Structural Integrity,” and “Utilities,” offering listeners a step-by-step understanding of the different aspects of safe and resilient housing.

Since its launch, the program has also collaborated with more than 20 guests, partners, and sponsors from various sectors to discuss issues affecting households, communities, and the built environment.
Listeners may tune in every Saturday starting May 16 on dyLA or follow “Pulido: Arkitekto, Tambagi Ko!” through its Facebook page for livestreams and program updates.
