“I am very happy that there are such programs like this because it encourages you to dream to become public servants, not politicians, that will offer services to the public. I am really happy that there is a very vibrant youth sector in the province. ”

She further acknowledged their efforts in boosting the Provincial Government’s COVID-19 response.

“One of the first volunteers in the Provincial Government is from the youth sector to help out ‘yong mga na-lockdown na mga senior citizens at mga nag-quarantine. Meanwhile, Mr. Aldrin Sojourner Gamayon, representing Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc, highlighted the importance of youth leadership in his speech.

“The youth [Junior Officials] is given the sole opportunity to establish an equitable future neither for ourselves nor for our fellows alone, but for those who will be born after our generation; aspiring for a sustainably achievable future–that is the vision.

We aspire to be emblems of hope to take part in the contribution to ignite a sense of passion to lead those within our reach,” he remarked.
