“I was motivated by FCCT, our Coop Partner, on how they work really hard to bring the fresh produce of its farmer members”, Raquel said. “My ‘creative spirit’ inspires me to create new delectable products with ingredients that come from the land and soon products from fisher members”, Raquel added.
Innovation with a purpose is a core aspiration of The Chocolate Chamber. FCCT as a Coop Partner is co-managing with TCC on cacao production. FCCT also provides other types of livelihood to farmers while waiting for the productivity of cacao. This time, the farmers harvested Ube in which TCC purchased some of the produce and used it as an ingredient for its newest creation the Tablea-Ube Ensaymada.
