The Bay Mall-Liloan broke ground on March 22, 2022 at Purok Tugas, Barangay Poblacion, Liloan, Cebu.
Mr. Eugene Erik Lapasaran Lim, President and CEO Topline Group of Companies, and Ms. Brigitte Carmel Lim-Mueller, Vice President Topline Group of Companies led the groundbreaking together with Liloan Mayor Christina Garcia Frasco and Congressman Duke Frasco.
Bay Mall- Liloan, the newest landmark in the Northern part of Cebu, is a mixed-use development project with both commercial and office components that will add value to Liloan’s burgeoning economic scene.
Coffee shops, specialized kiosks, wellness centers, banks, fashion businesses, and a supermarket will be among the retailers.
The mall’s architecture is also designed to adapt to the new normal. It will be Liloan’s first shopping center with more open and green spaces.
It will be providing an Al Fresco dining experience at any of its restaurants. Giving everyone a pleasant and safer experience, as it is a vital trend nowadays.
With its prime spot located along the highway of Liloan, Bay Mall will have 4-storey, with a roof deck that will feature the first and only open-air entertainment and food court in Liloan. In addition, the mall also offers spacious outdoor and basement parking. Being the anchor tenant, Robinson’s Supermarket will be joined by several known retail brands.
Leveraging on its location, strategic collaborations will also be in the works with the local tourism and Pier88, a seaport development also under the umbrella of the Topline Group of Companies.
