“I’m happy to say that starting as early as March of this year, we are hitting pre-pandemic already. That’s very encouraging result coming out of the pandemic for the past two years,” Mr. Lim told media during the press conference held following the signing of the MOA with CCLEC.
The agreement aims to establish a Sales Promotion Partnership entitled “BRIDGING THE FUN IN CEBU,” which took effect starting Saturday, June 25, 2022 until November 29, 2022.
Just like other businesses, Anjo World is now experiencing an increase in their visitors as more and more people, especially families, are now going to the theme park.
Mr. Lim noted that even hotels are now doing better while flights are now fully booked. “This is a very encouraging sign for the tourism industry. With that trend going on, we’re hoping that we will surpass, we will be better than pre pandemic (levels) by the end of the year” he added.
With these positive developments, Anjo World also has plans to offer more to theme park guests.
With increase traffic, Anjo has plans to open a new attraction by the end of the year, Mr. Lim also disclosed.
